Allison's All Natural offers the following Returns Policy: Returns accepted for unopened, unused merchandise. Returns must be received within 10 days after item was received. Please call or email with return reason and date of shipping. Return shipping expenses must be paid by customer. Refunds then will be issued, less shipping and handling.

Allison's All Natural uses United States Postal Service for shipping. Standard shipping will either be Parcel Post(approx. 2-9 business days) of First Class Mail Parcel(approx. 2-5 business days). Priority shipping will be USPS Priority Mail(2-3 business days). Express Mail shipping is available, but please check with your local post office to make sure it is available in your area. All packages are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation, you will be sent an email with tracking information when package is shipped.

Any International orders(Under 4 pounds) will be shipped USPS First Class International, which usually takes about 5-10 business days, sometimes more. No tracking is available for this service. Packages over 4 pounds must be shipped Priority Mail International.
